Special Issue “Information Technology for Agri-Food”

We are pleased to announce a Special Issue on “Information Technology for Agri-Food“ for the journal Informatics (MDPI; ISSN 2227-9709, CiteScore 4.8), edited by Prof. Dr. Remo Pareschi (the University of Molise), who is a member of the W.E. B.E.S.T Prin project, Dr. Karl Presser and Dr. Claudia Zoani.

We invite you to submit a full review or an original research article on this topic, which covers the application of information technology to various aspects of agri-food systems, such as production, processing, distribution, consumption, and waste management.

The submission deadline is 15 December, 2023. You may submit your paper at any time before the deadline, as articles will be published on a rolling basis.

Informatics is an international peer-reviewed open-access journal that publishes high-quality research on information systems design, development, use, and impact. It is indexed in Scopus, ESCI (Web of Science), dblp, and other databases.
